Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our official website. Full payment is required at checkout. All prices are listed in "BDT" and may be updated without notice. CustomID reserves the right to cancel any order due to errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. Custom designs submitted must not violate copyright or trademark laws.

By placing an order, you confirm all details and designs are correct.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2-3 business days after "Order Confirmation Payment" confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier services or unforeseen events.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once dispatched.

Returns & Cancellations

As our products are custom-made, returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence. Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or refund. Order cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval.
